Lead the end-to-end development of a comprehensive Aged Care eLearning library, managing the full instructional design lifecycle from initial research and curriculum mapping through to course development, quality assurance, and delivery. Designed training aligned with complex regulatory frameworks, including the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, new Aged Care Act, and NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.

  • Built complete Aged Care product library from the ground up, establishing curriculum architecture, pedagogical approach, and content standards
  • Redeveloped the Complex Care disability training library, uplifting content to increase relevance, accessibility, and learner engagement
  • Developed innovative microlearning modules (5 Minute Bites) for just-in-time learning in the flow of work

Sorella's Story (Award-Winning Documentary)

Served as creative lead for immersive technology implementation on this internationally recognised 360° docudrama, now a permanent exhibition at the Queensland Holocaust Museum and used in schools across Australia for Holocaust education.
